RETURN POLICY

• 07 (seven) days for a full refund, after that, only Store Credit and at current price, as long it does not exceed 30 days.
• Original Receipt and Packaging

FOR APPAREL:             Original tag MUST BE attached.

FOR SHOES:                 Try them on indoors and on a carpet only. We only accept returns on shoes that are brand new and in the original box.

FOR RACQUETS:         We only accept returns on new racquets with the original plastic on the handle, original packaging, and no scratches. We don’t accept returns on racquets that has been already strung or if the original plastic on the handle has been removed.

FOR ACCESSORIES:   Must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.

NO CASH REFUNDS. For cash purchases, a refund can be made ONLY on your Credit/Debit Card.

15% Restocking Fee might be applied.

                                          We don’t accept returns on the following items:

• Final Sale;
• All padel, pickleball, diving and swimming products.
• Pre-Strung Tennis Racquets.

Shipping costs are not refundable. 

You can drop it off directly to our store in Miami Beach, at 1448 Alton Rd, at no cost.
