World Tennis processes and ships orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable).

The shipping method will be determined by the destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS and USPS. Both UPS and USPS offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

We also offer PICK UP IN STORE, ready within 2 hours, at our store in Miami Beach, if the order is placed during business hours. Otherwise, it will be ready on the next day.
