Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Visit us at 1448 Alton Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139, in the heart of South Beach. Open Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM. Free parking behind the store.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only. Visiting Miami? We offer same-day delivery to hotels in South Beach (ZIP 33139) and in-store pickup, ready within 2 hours of your confirmation email during store hours.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days for a full refund. After that, and up to 30 days, we offer store credit at the current price. Items must be new, with the original receipt, tags and packaging. Racquets must still have the original plastic on the handle and must not be strung. Final-sale items, pre-strung racquets, and padel, pickleball, diving and swimming products can't be returned. A 15% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs are not refundable. Full return policy.

Do you offer same-day stringing?

Yes. Same-day stringing, Tuesday to Saturday. Our stringer has more than 20 years of experience and has strung racquets for WTA and ATP players. Learn more.

Can I demo a racquet before buying?

Yes. Our demo program lets you try racquets on court before you decide. Ask in store about availability and conditions. Learn more.

Do you accept Brazilian credit cards?

Yes, in our store we accept international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards, including cards issued in Brazil.

Where can I buy a tennis racquet in Miami?

At World Tennis Miami we carry tennis racquets from Wilson, Head, Babolat, Yonex and Tecnifibre, with expert advice, demos and stringing in one place.

Do you speak Portuguese and Spanish?

Yes. Our team speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
