Inspired by France's connection to ballet, this special edition pays tribute to the effortless grace and ornate detailing of costumes seen on stage.

Nike Claybreaker technology helps give you enhanced traction and less buildup on clay courts. Added grip in the forefoot and midfoot work with a wide traction pattern to help you slide with control. We used traction maps, pressure maps and analyzed clay buildup areas for the design. Then, we tested it on red-clay courts in Europe in multiple clay-weather conditions (cold, warm, wet and dry).
A heel Air Zoom unit helps keep you supported and springy throughout your match.
The herringbone traction pattern is made with a rubber compound that’s lighter than Vapors of the past. We brought back the firm midfoot plastic piece seen on past Vapors to provide optimal stability and transitions when cutting from side to side. The supportive piece also allowed us to remove the rubber in the midfoot, which helps reduce the overall weight of the shoe.
A firm foot frame wraps around the supportive midfoot plate and spans from heel to toe, giving you more of a secure feel. It helps give you the stability to transfer power during aggressive slides, cuts and pivots.
We reduced the weight of the engineered mesh while maintaining durability in high-wear zones by the toe.
Full midfoot fit band allows you to pull the laces tighter to enhance the fit and enable fast cuts.
Midsole foam in between the plastic and rubber, which wasn’t on the Vapor 11, helps keep you light on your feet.
